The area is accessible

The room is not clean enough, there were alot of cockroaches. The remote of the aircon was not working. And it was very noisy outside of the room.

Location is very accessible. Staff are polite and attentive

Non pre payment options. We stayed 5 nights and there was no closet space even in the family room

It was very close to the MRT and a 10-min walk to Araneta Coliseum. Definitely booking here again next time I attend a concert. Also, the stay is a full 24 hours so, no matter what time you arrive, you can check-out any time within the 24-hr window.

The construction beside the hotel went until evening.The pillows are too low for those used to the regular-sized pillows.

The staff was accomodating though it took them quite a while to check our reservation.

Noise. Couples fighting (not sound proof). There are bugs everywhere. It took them a while to take our orders or requests.

the room was too much cockroach.After I went other romm it same .Even they wait me 10 hour give me other room That room have broken light If someone go there check u r room Frist ..and even the bed and bathroom ..plz Take care u r self

Wifi was working and 24hr reception. Cheap stay in Manila.

Many cockroaches in the room, which was very small and could be rented by the hour (if you book through booking.com you therefore overpay). No hot shower, only cold. Noisy neighborhood. Check-in was slow, not very service oriented.

I like that the area was nearby an LRT station, malls, streetfoods, night market, etc. The place is just a walking distance to the farmer's market and fast food centers not to mention local bars at night. the first time i went inside the room it looked presentable and clean.

I did not like that the bed and pillows were covered in leather-type of material which make it uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the roaches are eveywhere they kept me company throughout my stay... I cannot turn off the lights as the roaches keeps adding once the light is off. There was no remote for AC to adjust the temperature, i needed to call for room service and they brought a remote to adjust.

The room was clean and quiet

the food is cold, the rice is hard, the tray is dirty the supervisor is not friendly

I like the room and the hotel itself. Very accomodating. The food is also tastes good and the hotel staff is kind and respectful.

One thing, it's just the air-condition it is too loud.

The staff were kind and helpful.

The aircon was too noisy that caused sleepless nights, and on the last days of my stay, taking a bath is a problem as water flow to drainage was so slow.

affordable price

a lot of roaches, no hot water for shower that you have to ask hot water from them everytime u want to take warm shower or have coffee, no microwave, noisy at night that you can hear people doing karaoke at the neighboring bars, even staffs are yelling outside the hallway.

The receptionist, Ms Weng, performed her duties very well. She effectively resolved all my problems on documentation, quarantine issues and proper refund of unused days based on hotel rules and regulations. I totally commend her for being so adept to her responsibilities.

The staffs where cool

The fact that I overpayed and till 2day they have refused to make a refund they keep making excuses very disappointing

Overall my was ok but not so good because of the room i've stayed there .

i dont like my room ,the aircon was very low and i did told them about that but didnt have good response.So overall im very uncomfortable because its very hot in my room,but i love the employees there especially the roomboys..They are very nice to me.

I like the staff , so warmth and accomodating.

Noise outside. There was someone smoking outside, smell the fumes. No hot and cold water in shower. No separate toilet and shower .No blanket, only linen .

Staff are prompt to attend to requests like delivering food to my room from outside orders and other stuff.I got quick help when i needed to change currency and when i needed to buy adoptor for charging my fone. Staff are very polite too.Requested room cleaning on the 3rd day as cockroahes got worse,but the problem was not solved.

Room ,bathroom and sink infested with cockroaches( took photos and videos of running and flying cockroaches as proofs)and climbing on bed,got few cockroach bites too,seems like they have breeding place under the bed.no hot shower too,no wardrobe as mentioned on ads,no kettle nor mug to make hot drinks.Aircon was very noisy,smell of smokes/cigarette on corridors coming inside the room ,the moment you open the door. Trollies on corridors were very noisy and often wakes me up.NOT FIT as quarantine hotel.And its very expensive! Not worth.

Just being near to my place or home

Very dusty, the room was not vacuumed at all dust bunnies everywhere. No hot water. Lots cockroaches . I was afraid of opening my luggage, afraid that I might carry them at home. Stressful.

staff are very accomodated,.especially the guard that help me to carry my bags
